TO CREATIVE STRATEGIST & FOUNDER
Hello, I’m Evan Lenlin, Founder & Creative Strategist of Hee&Lee Design Studio. I began my career in Dubai as a designer, gaining extensive experience and working with well-known, high-profile brands across the region over the past two decades.
What started as an individual creative journey has grown into a studio built with a young, passionate team, focused on delivering thoughtful, detail-driven work rather than just services.
Guided by a belief that challenges fuel creativity, we prioritize quality over quantity, ensuring every project is meaningful.
The journey began in Dubai, bringing over five years of design & video editing experience from Sri Lanka. Starting as a Graphic Designer at an international stationery company, the role quickly evolved into leading the graphic department laying a strong foundation in creative leadership and corporate design standards.
2014
Creative Expansion
Stepping into the fast-paced world of advertising, the transition into a Senior Graphic Designer role opened doors to diverse, high-impact projects. Collaborating with renowned local and international brands, this phase sharpened strategic thinking and creative versatility.
2017
Brand & Digital Evolution
Joined a rapidly growing household brand, focusing on elevating its brand identity and strengthening its social and digital presence. This phase marked a deeper involvement in brand-building and performance-driven creative strategies.
2018
Freelance Identity Launch
Established the first independent venture, “Design By Lenlin,” offering freelance design services. This milestone represented the shift toward entrepreneurship, building a personal client base and creative reputation.
2021
Formation of Hee&Lee
Officially registered the trade license under Hee&Lee, introducing “Design Street” as the service brand to accommodate multiple business activities. With a growing team of talented creatives, the focus shifted from an individual identity to a collaborative, company-driven vision.
2025
Strategic Brand Consolidation
After contributing to international and government-related projects, a decisive step was taken to unify all efforts under Hee&Lee Design Studio. Aligning with the official trade license, this marked the evolution into a fully established, future-focused creative agency.
